Special Olympics Events Cancelled

All Special Olympics Southern California events are cancelled through June 7, including the OC Regional Spring Games that was originally scheduled for May 9 at Irvine HS and the Summer Games originally scheduled for June 6 & 7, at California State University, Long Beach.

Due to the medical conditions of some people with intellectual disabilities, the nature of close and physical contact while playing sports, and the increased exposure to the virus, our athletes are at a higher risk of contracting the virus, including a severe case.
